AAA left us without a tow for over 5 hours stating that dispatch updates weren't available. We found Ocoee Towing and saw they had excellent reviews. The reviews were right on point!!!! Tom went over and above to get our truck home and arrived even quicker than his estimated time. They also have a towing company in Sorrento.
These guys are amazing!!! They were at my site for pickup within 60 mins as promised! They gave me a ride and I was able to get my vehicle home as well! Very friendly and efficient! I Highly recommend!!!!
All star service! After waiting for 3 hours for AAA, Tom arrived right when he said he would. Man of his word and gets you what you need quickly, kindly, and efficiently. He really went above and beyond for my wife and I after we got a flat. 5 stars!

Best experience I’ve ever had with a towing company. Very personable and understanding. Even tried to troubleshoot the issue via phone just in case I didn’t have to use them. So refreshing to deal with honest people. I’ll gladly give them my money when they are being honest, helpful and timely. Will never use another towing service again.
I'm writing this review for a service I didn't use. I had car troubles yesterday, thought it could be a battery or the starter? I waited over 5hrs for AAA to come service me . I didn't want to put all my eggs in 1 basket in case I needed a tow. I would of waited probably another few hrs for that! I called them and spoke to a gentleman named Tom. He was upfront and honest his trucks were on jobs. He went to the point of giving me his competition #'s. They stand by there word, under an hr for service. After further discussion with Tom, he explained other nightmares with AAA. He informed me that they would reimburse me on the charges which were reasonable. AAA didn't disclose that! I told him if it's not the battery I would set up a time the next day for a tow. The battery was the issue. The point I'm trying to make is they're family owned businesses who have been around for decades still going strong in there field. 1st impression was key with Tom. Professionalism, honesty & manner how he handled my call when I was frustrated. Above & beyond my expectations. I have them in my contacts now to refer them when needed. Thanks again 10+ stars if I could give it.
Very professional. Arrived really quick on a Friday at 5 pm. And helped us get 2 vehicles out of a big hole for 2 hours.. huge life saver, would definitely recommend.. Thank you again

When I called Ocoee Towing late on a Friday afternoon Tom immediately answered & assured me they would get my truck towed that evening or 1st thing in the morning (I was not in an emergency situation). A member of his staff, Will, reached out early in the evening & kept in contact with me until he picked it up. He was friendly & professional & driving a very high end tow truck & I felt confident my vehicle was in safe hands. The entire encounter was extremely positive & I highly recommend Ocoee Towing!
Car got stuck in a ditch during the middle of the hurricane and Tom came out at 1 in the morning to retrieve the car and tow it for me at an affordable price. Really appreciate these guys for that cause I don't know what I would have done otherwise. 10/10 will definitely use these guys again!!

I highly recommend Ocoee Towing & Recovery. When we needed an emergency tow last night, we called and within a short time, Tom and Zach showed up to our location. They put our car on a dolly and took it to the dealership for repairs. Tom and Zach were very professional and took very good care of us and our car! Outstanding experience!

Best tow service ever, if I could give them 10 stars I would. Called them late last night, they came right out and towed my son's car that was not drivable. Tom and ZacK I can't thank you enough. These gentlemen were so professional, efficient, and handled his car with great care. The car had to be towed in a special way because of its low profile and this was the only company that could do it, with NO DAMAGE to my son's car. They really went above and beyond to provide the very best service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND OCOEE TOWING & RECOVERY FOR ALL OF YOUR TOWING NEEDS.
Friendly. And fairly quick to get to me. (Even tho he had a far drive) they do require you to pay them, right there.
