Easily the most Reliable, professional, most affordable, and absolute best towing service I’ve ever worked with. They were Fast and responsive and the customer service was top-notch. Unfortunately, this is my third time towing my car, But it’s nice knowing I can give them a call at any time and get the same result every time. Tom is the absolute best person to work with and the rest of the staff is just as amazing! Highly recommend!
Great service, from the initial phone call with one of the managers and the driver who helped tell my car parentheses who happen to be his son. Both Tom and Zack are awesome And took great care of my car. You don't expect to find personable, friendly people in the towing business, but both of these men are. Really great experience..
When the oil pressure light flashed up on the dash, we knew not to mess around and call for a tow. Tom and Chris made the experience painless. My call was answered on the first ring (even though Tom was at lunch.) I immediately had a price and arrival window. Chris called on his way and got to us on time. Chris asked about the car's issue and instantly knew not to start the engine. He was able to walk the car out of our garage and down to the street to get hooked up. Chris was a real pro. The cherry on top was receiving a text update from Chris when he arrived at the dealership including photos of our car in the lot. Before calling Ocoee Towing & Recovery, I wasted 2 hours calling another nearby towing company. The other company never answered the phone (twice) and never returned the message I left. I hope we don't need another tow, but if we do, Ocoee Towing will be first call.

I called Tom out to tow my car to the dealership for service because it wouldn't start. I had tried to jump it with no luck and was worried there was something majorly wrong. Tom came out, tried starting it, and knew right away the battery was dead. He jumped it successfully off of his truck, which saved me a trip to the dealership! He was so kind, patient, friendly, and professional. 10/10 service!

My week started on the side of the road on Clarcona Ocoee after my alternator failed. Tom answered my call and was very kind. Provided an honest quote and time of arrival. Even the little things like telling me not to worry, they were going to help me, helped calm my panicked state. They took her right to our mechanic. Thank you, Tom. You helped keep a very challenging situation from ruining the rest of my day. I highly recommend Ocoee Towing & Recovery.
What an awesome guy. Tom was quick to respond and was able to come by the next morning to tow my car but first he offered to save us some money and try to fix the problem - which he did! He then offered to follow my husband to a local shop and help him find the necessary part. Small town wonderful service and big-time heart! Thank you Tom for saving us time & money!
Great service by Chris and Tom. They were prompt, respectful, open, and kept me updated. Chris took my vehicle to the mechanic and exceeded my expectations by relaying a message from the mechanic because I had failed to gather the necessary information myself.
Tom with Ocoee Towing & Recovery towed my classic Camaro when it stalled out on a very busy road. He came as quickly as possible and took great care when loading and unloading the car. Tom was great to work with.

They were the only towing company that picked up my call to answer. They kept me in constant communication with updates and even went out of there way to come pick my car up when they were backed up and other routes were taking longer then promised. They were timely, super efficient and very friendly. Made a young single woman feel at ease and that I wasn’t being taken advantage of. Would definitely recommend and use them again!

I was on vacation in april at Disney. My truck alternator broke and I wasn't able to Is get my camper to its spot. This gentleman saw that I was having a problem and he offered his assistance. He kept jumping my battery all the way until I found my camp spot. Is he made sure we weren't stranding. There's a saying, do good and you never have to worry about Your character. I can tell you.This man has a great character.God bless you and I know this post is very late but I never forgot to put it here.
